Winnie was my hair stylist when I visited Urban Hair. Her service was of a top grade. Not only did she suggested a hair color suitable for me, she also had a very good customer service. The other staff in the salon were also very friendly. Knowing I do not have any source of entertainment as their wifi was down, they came to have a conversation with me. All in all, excellent service.

It is my first time trying out at KSL. Selected Urban Hair as l always wanted to try organic dye. Indeed, there is no ammonia smell before and after the colour. The feeling is good and I am happy with the results. My stylist is Minho – thanks for the nice hair cut and good recommendation for my hair colour.

Excecptional and fantastic service given by each and every staff. Especially Winnie which is highly recommended, her massages is the best of all and on top of that, she provides superb advises. More of a friend rather than someone serving you, she makes you feel comfortable and warm, at the same time she is someone whom you would entrust your hair and head to!

all the staff were very friendly & welcoming! initially wanted to dye & highlight, but the staff very kindly suggested other options, and were not just out to make me spend as much as possible, which i feel is very rare!! highly recommend as the colour my hairdresser Winnie mixed for me was super pretty i love it!!

Had a lovely experience here with my mum and dad. Was served by Winnie and she did an amazing job curling my hair! She was very thoughtful and gave many useful tips for a better hair. Overall, the staff and service was amazing and the ambiance was wonderful! Will highly recommend.

She gives good advice on how to care for your hair, but my favourite is personal advice on styling my hair � always making trips down all the way from Singapore just to visit her!! Kenny does the best hair and scalp treatment! He is a hair specialist who advise the haircut based on the shape of my head and the condition of my hair. He has the interest for the client. There were head and shoulder massage too. It was indeed a relaxing session.

Hi I would like to comment on the service that I had received from the salon. Firstly I came to the salon quite late during their closing hour, though I have long and very thick hair they still offered me to get my hair done. And the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Tony the staff who did my hair was so sweet and his talent at work is really great. Most hair stylist prefer to give the style that they think is nice but tony made sure that I had the stylist I wanted. I would like to personal comment on the friendly attitude that Winnie serves customer. Great job Winnie. Thumbs up to the great service. Definitely the salon I would come back to. Thank you so much!

Kenny gives one of the best massages I’ve ever had! The scalp treatment was one of the best I’ve had! He gave me great cut to suit my weird shaped head, finally a stylist who understands!

Did c curl and rebond with winnie. The whole process took 4hrs which is amazingly short! It’s the first time i did an organic rebonding and curling. Feels good as there isn’t stinging effect on my scalp and there isn’t ammonia smell. Thanks to urban hair, finally found an organic solution in this area of JB.

Visited Urban Hair for the first time and I was attended by Winnie & Nain.
Hence, Winnie was able to suggest me a nice colour which indeed suits me perfectly at the end result. Both Nain and Winnie have superb patience in applying the colour and treatment for me(as my hair is very thick it takes quite sometime). In addition, the Hair styling/cutting was impressive which was suggested by Winnie. Furthermore the products are organic thus it doesn’t smells strong.
