Had my haircut and color done by James and he did such a good job and I’m very please with the results. He is patient to listen and give good advice according to your hair requirements. . Alice as well she is good and washes your hair thoroughly and in making sure you are comfortable. Well done guys and highly recommended.

Jimmy my stylist and Hema who helped with my hair as well were really nice! Gave me tips on how to better care for my hair without feeling pressured to buy products.. it does make me feel like I can trust them. And I love my treatment and haircut. They were very courteous and kind 🙂

Went To Urban hair because i’ve heard wonderful things about the skills and the products used. and honestly i’m very grateful for the team. James took my super bleached, brittle hair and made it healthy, set realistic and honest expectations about colors and never hard sell any packages/ products. My hair was pretty much destroyed because another saloon was a bit slipshod dealing with my roots, and a huge chunk of hair burned off. so James had the very challenging task to deal with my roots, and try to restore my hair. it was incredible meticulous work done, and an absolutely heavy burden but it was done super well.

I primarily visit her for coloring my graying hair, cutting, washing, and occasionally styling. One of the standout aspects of her service is her attention to my sensitive scalp. She is very selective with the products she recommends, always opting for organic options to ensure my comfort and safety. Fiona is incredibly attentive to my preferences, keeping track of what I like and dislike. I particularly appreciate her meticulous approach to trimming and her ability to choose hair colors that perfectly complement my look. I was attended by James and Christina. James was my hairstylist. I’ve told James I’m sick of brown hair and my concern on my hair and he had advise me according to his knowledge and his skills was so on point. Overall I’m satisfied and very happy with my new hair and their hair treatment is really very good! Christina is very nice and handle my hair gently without pulling here and there.
