Definitely a great hair salon to consider when visiting KSL City Mall. Firstly the price was reasonable. Secondly, the staff working speed was also efficient. Not forgetting Winnie, the stylist who attended to me and my friend during our visit to the salon. She never fails to disappoint us with the coloring of our hair. The colour always turns out to be the way we expected it to be and she also did her best to fulfill all of our request. So this is definitely the Go To Salon when visiting JB

It was my first visit to Urban Hair and I’d say it’s one of the best hair salon experience. Winnie was patient and answered most questions I asked about curling my hair. We did scalp + hair treatment and got a haircut instead. I also had a very good neck and shoulder massage. My Boyfriend also got his hair cut by Minho, who listened to what he wanted and suggested different styles. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we’ll definitely be back!

Finally, a salon that offers natural hair products in JB! Winnie and Nain are my stylists. The products smells really good! They are very professional and kind. They provided egg sandwich and herbal tea for me to break fast. Simple gesture that makes them special from other places. Highly recommended and definitely I’m coming back!

During my visitation with Urban Hair, Winnie recommended me to use organic hair product for my perm and color. My hair turns out very natural and smooth even though I did two treatments at the same time. Good job!
