He is really patient and takes the time to discuss with me the best option for my hair and is an expert with hair dyes! Tany helped me with the hair dye and treatment and her head massage was superb. She is passionate about her work and gives advice on what kind of hairstyle will be better suited for you. She puts effort into her work and is attentive to details. It was our first experience in Luxe Studio, I did root colour, hair treatment, and hair cut. Lucas and Wahyu made my visit very pleasant. They took the time to explain the procedures to me.

I received the warmest welcome from the staff in LUXE. The moment I walked into LUXE and sat on the seat, drinks and snacks were being served right in front of me. Since many Singaporeans doesn’t have wifi or hotspot in foreign countries, LUXE do provide wifi to their customers. I asked one of the staff for wifi while he was washing my hair, without me reminding him for Wifi password, he automatically help me with it after blow drying my hair. Excellent service and friendly staff, who will talk to you casually. I had a very bad haircut in Singapore, and my hair stylist Jeffrey managed to save it for me. He told me how he’s going to cut and trim my hair, and he told me to trust him, he will save it. He recommended me to go for Keratin treatment, as I have thin and frizzy hair. And with that, it can help my hair to look more shiny and healthier! and I trust him with his recommendation. I can finally head out with confidence. I’m very pleased with their service and the results LUXE provided to me. My hair indeed became smooth and looks healthier than before! Would really recommend everyone to visit LUXE one day! I would like to give compliments to Christopher and Wesson for their excellent service. They spend 8 hours on my hair doing cut, Korean perm, colouring and treatment on a busy Saturday. The first round my perm was not up to expectation and the team offered to redo it for me. My hair was cut, perm and treatment was done for the second time free as a service recovery. Thank you for the hard work guys and I really appreciate it. May the management of Luxe studio recognise their hard work.

My hair stylist is Jade. Although she is very young but she very skillful and professional. Always manage to do magic and my hair turn out beautiful. Her knowledge on hair and hair colour is awesome too. My friend and I always leave for her to choose the hair colours for us and her choices always turn out superb. Jake exceeded my expectations and I am not a easy person to please regard to my hair.

Like to comment on Wahyu too. Wahyu is recommended by Jake to do scalp treatment for me. His massage is awesome and relaxing. He will explain clearly and patiently on every single step during the treatment.

Went looking for keratin treatment as my hair is purely disastrous and decided to get quotation for prices. Their price is reasonable and because of their genuine service i decided to go get my hair coloured too and for the price i paid i got two stylist doing my hair at one time and never once they left me unattended. The best salon service I had after so long and my hair colour turned out great too!

I was desperately looking for a professional hair stylist to manage my hair; condition of my hair was horrible due to numerous bleaches.
